Announcements Area
The new announcements area allows new users and returning visitors to quickly assess news, updates & site status quickly without having to scroll through the home page. By keeping these announcements on the home page, we allow you to more rapidly determine your action points and schedule your access. | Quick Links
The home page has been equipped with a series of quick links on the side bar that allow users to quickly access site functions such as support, knowledge base and test video without having to navigate through other site pages first. Also, the top allows users to increase / decrease the font size and the window width to better accommodate your viewing. | Update Notifications
Users will be able to quickly assess updates to key areas of their subscriptions by a quick glance at the home page. The Newsletters, Success Email Scroll & other subscriptions last posted date will be displayed in a linked date on the home page. |
Skip Back
Now you'll never miss anything in class! Our new back 30 seconds and back 2 minutes controls allow you to more easily and precisely navigate back to a specific point in the video without having to use the play head to scrub back the video. | Full Screen
The new full screen feature allows the video courses to expand to the entire width / height of your monitor for ease of viewing. Playback and video controls will hide in full screen but are still accessible when you move your mouse. | User Dashboard
Users will be able to access their course history, progress and current subscriptions within the My Account dashboard. We have made the my Account section a one-stop-shop for the most useful tools for every user. |
Order History
The My Account section allows users to review previous orders & facilitates reordering, renewals & retakes of any of our video seminars. We are working to combine our old store system order history & all future orders to create a seamless history of your purchases. | Profile Manager
Users are able to quickly and easily keep their contact and account information updated. If your account contact information is up to date, it is easier for support agents to assist you with any issues that may arise. | Progress Tracking
Track your course progress within the My Account: My Progress section. This allows new users to quickly understand the course structure & prerequisite requirements to better schedule their course purchases. |
Support Chat
We will schedule specific time blocks for a support agent to be available for assistance via a web based chat system. The tech support chat will allow you to address specific issues and a tech support agent will be able to review your issues, assign case numbers and escalate issues through proper channels. | Support Tickets
Users will be able to create trackable support tickets which will detail specific areas of concern. These support tickets can be reviewed, escalated & delivered to the proper support agent. Support agents will be able to direct users to specific knowledge base articles and address issues more rapidly. | Knowledge Base
By cataloging previous and future support topics into a robust knowledge base, we are able to keep a full listing of known issues and solutions for users to navigate without having to wait for a technical support agent. |
